When a Perfect Moose Jack doesn't start to heat up the water in the boiler within 120 seconds after the device is turned on, then it will show the following error code:

POSSIBLE ROOT CAUSE
- Water supply
- Waterline pressure
- Water inlet valve
- Level probe
- Level regulator
- ThermoPID
- Optocoupler

- Check the water supply.
- Check if the water line pressure is minimum 3Bar after the water-filtration.
- When the unit is turned then it will check for the water level. If the water level is too low, then it will open up the water inlet valve to fill the boiler. This will be shown by a blue droplet on the screen.

- When the water level is high enough, the Perfect Moose Jack will start to heat up the water in the boiler. Whithin a timeframe of 120 seconds after turning on the Perfect Moose Jack. This will be shown by an orange droplet on the screen.

- Follow step 2 if the problem isn't fixed.

- Check all the cables and connectors on the Perfect Moose Jack with the electical diagram.
- Reconnect loose cables. Position the cables correctly according to the electrical diagram.
- Turn the device on again.
- When the water level reaches the longest level probe, the thermoPIDwill show the boiler temperature.
- Check the functioning of the 240V water inlet valve with a solenoid valve tester if the thermoPID doesn't show the boiler temperature within 120seconds.
