POSSIBLE ROOTCAUSE
- Incorrect recipe number
- Incorrect customer profile number
- Corrupt µSD-card
TROUBLE SHOOT STEPS
STEP 1:
- Access the service menu.
- Go in the 'Service' and 'Tags'.
- Place an empty pitcher on the pitcher holder.
- Read the pitcher in the tags-menu.
- Line 1 should be filled in with 'Product', 'Container', 'Recipe number' & 'tare weight'. Reprogram the pitcher when there is nothing filled in on line 1, 2 or 3.
- After reprogramming the pitcher, read the pitcher again in the tags-menu and the recipe number in Line 1 should be one of the following recipe numbers:

- Follow step 2 if the problem isn't fixed.
- Contact the local Moose Ranger if reading or reprogramming pitcher isn't possible.
STEP 2:
- Access the service menu.
- Go in the 'Service', 'Machine' and 'Settings'.
- Check the customer profile, this should be one of the following customer profile:

- Follow step 3 if the problem isn't fixed.
STEP 3:
- Access the service menu.
- Go in the 'Recipe'.
- Open recipe DM1.
- Follow step 4 if it is not possible to open the recipe DM1.
STEP 4:
- Access the service menu.
- Go in the 'Recipe'.
- Reset the recipes to the factory setting.
- Replace the µSD-card if it is not possible to reset the recipe to the factory setting.
- Contact the local Moose Ranger if replacing the µSD-card isn't fixing the problem.
