POSSIBLE ROOTCAUSE
- Incorrect recipe number
- Incorrect customer profile number
- Corrupt µSD-card
TROUBLE SHOOT STEPS
STEP 1:
- Access the service menu.
- Go in the 'Tags' menu.

- Place an empty pitcher on the pitcher holder.
- Read the pitcher by clicking on 'READ'.

- Rewrite the parameters on the pitcher by clicking on the circle with the type of milk.

- Write the parameters on the pitcher by clicking on 'WRITE'.
- Follow step 2 if the problem isn't fixed.
- Contact the local Moose Ranger if reading or reprogramming pitcher isn't possible.
STEP 2:
- Access the service menu.
- Go in the 'Settings' menu.


- Check the customer profile, this should be one of the following customer profile:

| 0 | Default |
| 20 | Australian market |
- Follow step 3 if the problem isn't fixed.
STEP 3:
- Replace the µSD-card to reset the recipe to the factory setting.
- Contact the local Moose Ranger if replacing the µSD-card isn't fixing the problem.
