POSSIBLE ROOTCAUSE

  • Incorrect recipe number
  • Incorrect customer profile number
  • Corrupt µSD-card





TROUBLE SHOOT STEPS

STEP 1:

  • Access the service menu.
  • Go in the 'Tags' menu.

  • Place an empty pitcher on the pitcher holder.
  • Read the pitcher by clicking on 'READ'.
  • Rewrite the parameters on the pitcher by clicking on the circle with the type of milk.
  • Write the parameters on the pitcher by clicking on 'WRITE'.
  • Follow step 2 if the problem isn't fixed.
  • Contact the local Moose Ranger if reading or reprogramming pitcher isn't possible.


STEP 2:

  • Access the service menu.
  • Go in the 'Settings' menu.

  • Check the customer profile, this should be one of the following customer profile:

  • Follow step 3 if the problem isn't fixed.


STEP 3:

  • Replace the µSD-card to reset the recipe to the factory setting.
  • Contact the local Moose Ranger if replacing the µSD-card isn't fixing the problem.
