PROCEDURE

Accessing the service menu can be done by using the RFID key fob or by using a password generated by an authenticator app. 

RFID KEY FOB

• Press slightly the RFID key fob on the pitcher holder of the Perfect Moose to enter the service menu.
  

PASSWORD VIA AUTHENTICATOR APP

• Download an authenticator app on a smart phone or tablet.
  • Android app store
  • iPhone app store

• Scan the QR-code in the authenticator app to add the account of Perfect Moose to the device. 

• Each 30 seconds a new 6 digit password will be created. Entering the service menu must be done within this timeframe of 30 seconds!
  
• First pull the steam wand all the way to the top until it touches the limit switch (clicking sound). 
• Simultaneously push on the pitcher holder of the Perfect Moose.

• Click on the yellow button in the middle of the screen.
  
• Fill in the password generated by the authenticator app.
• Press OK to enter the service menu.

• If access was denied, check the internal clock of the Perfect Moose by clocking the 'clock'-button in the left bottom corner of the touchscreen. Set the internal clock precisely to UTC-time (Coordinated Universal Time) in order to align the Perfect Moose with the authenticator app.

• Try to access the menu again with a new password generated in the authenticator app. Make sure that you start and enter the 6 digit password within the timeframe of 30 seconds.
