Problem : Perfect Moose blocks on the welcome screen or on the preheating screen and it is impossible to do anything further.

 First check if the SD card is well placed :

If this is ok and the machine still won't start up replace then check all the inputs on the main PCB one by one. First check the temperature sensor, followed by the RFID-module and top switch.
