- Prepare the following tools :
- Wrench.
- Protective cloth.
- Sealing agent.
Safety Considerations
- Plan your lift, know what you are moving and where before lifting.
- Turn off the Perfect Moose.
- Disconnect the mains.
- Disconnect the drain, see : Drain installation
- Shut off the steam supply from the espresso machine.
- Disconnect the steam supply and place the protective cap, see : Installation procedure for steam wand connection.
Procedure
- Gently push the steam wand down until it touches the pitcher holder.
- Place your Perfect Moose upside down on a protective surface.
- Loosen the feet with the wrench meanwhile using the protective cloth to avoid damage and remove them.
- Apply some sealing agent and screw the high feet on by hand.
- Tighten the feet with the wrench meanwhile using the protective cloth to avoid damage.
- Your perfect Moose has high feet now which makes it easy to clean underneath.
