PROCEDURE
- Shut off the steam supply to the Perfect Moose Greg.
- Disconnect the steam inlet hose from the steam connection hose by removing the 13mm hose clamp.
- Loosen the 12mm ABA hose clamp that holds the steam inlet hose on the valve block assembly.
- Remove the 2 zipties from the steaminlet hose and unscrew the twistbinder.
- Replace the steam inlet hose.
- Place the 12mm hose clamp over the new steam inlet hose.
- Connect the new steam inlet hose is sitting flush on the nipple of the valve block assembly. Make sure it is sitting flush to the valve assembly roughly 1-2m from the valve assembly.
- Tighten the 13mm hose clamp fully.
- Put the new steam inlet hose in place with 2 zipties and the twistbinder.
- Reconnect the steam connection hose to the steam inlet hose.
- Turn on the steam supply and check for leakages.
