Release the pressure from the boiler by pressing on valve 4 'Flush', the heating element won't heat up the water as we have removed the HEAT-faston from the boiler.
Wait until the pressure is released from the boiler and then switch off the Perfect Moose Jack.
Unscrew the 2 screws from the base plate with an allen key #5 and 1 screw from the structure support and boiler support with a Torx T25 screwdriver. Now it is possible to remove the boiler unit from the Perfect Moose Jack.
Reuse the 6mm pushfit fitting with 1/4" thread and the 8mm push elbow fitting with 1/4" thread. Screw both the fittings on the new drain valve with a max force of 3.5Nm and place back on the boiler.
Screw the 2 screws in the boiler support on the side of the boiler with an allen key #5.
Place the boiler unit back on the Perfect Moose Jack. Screw the 2 screws on the base plate with an allen key #5 and 1 screw on the structure support and boiler support with a Torx T25 screwdriver. Be careful to not squash the cables between the boiler support and structure support.
Position the cable from the drain valve upwards in between the ball valve and motor from the drain valve. Connect the protection cable and secure the protection cable with a zip tie.
